  1. Assalamualaikum
Tun. We hope Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad, Malaysian Prime Minister will continue to highlight our plights in order to find a permanent solution for us. The support from Malaysia and other countries are crucial in ending the Genocide. May Allah blessing you and your family good health care and long life in this world.

  2. Myanmar Ethnic Rohingya Human Rights Organization Malaysia(MERHROM ) is very concerns over the plan of reparations of Ethnic Rohingya refugees to Myanmar. We urge the countries who have the intention to reparations ethnic Rohingya back to Myanmar to stop their intention for reparations plan. This is because sending back ethnic Rohingya to Myanmar means sending them to death which is breech of the International Law.

Myanmar Ethnic Rohingya Human Rights Organization Malaysia ( MERHROM) Considering the current situation and the history of repatriation between Bangladesh and Myanmar, we appeal to the United Nations to ensure the safe passage for the Rohingya to return back to their homes and all returns must include ‘the informed consent of refugees’.

The refugees also should have an option to seek international protection. Other than that, we want to see the refugees to be placed in proper accommodation should the repatriation plan is up to the standard of the international law, not in displacement camps, settlement zones or ‘model villages’ as announced by the Myanmar government. This would only allow further abuse as they have experienced in the past with the government restricting the access of aid agencies. Myanmar government should be pressured to recognize the Rohingya as their citizen, to review the 1982 citizenship, to combat discrimination and segregation, and to allow unhindered access to aid workers in Arakan State @ now Rakhine State.

International community should send a clear message to Myanmar that it would not tolerate any violence and further abuse on the Rohingya and would support strongly and monitor all investigations and prosecutions by Myanmar or through carrying out such investigations and prosecutions under universal jurisdiction to ICC.

The world community has failed the Rohingya too many times. We do not want to fail them again this time. condemn any act of force reparations involving rohingya. We urge the United Nations, World Leaders and the International Communities to open their mind, their hearts and their eyes on our plights as rohingyas are the victims of genocide. The Myanmar government is very well known on their propaganda against ethnic Rohingya population. The United Nations, World Leaders and the International Communities at large must be very carefull in receiving every information concerning ethnic Rohingya . Every information received from the Myanmar government must be fully check and verify with ethnic Rohingya back home.

MERHROM also very shock with the annoucement made by the Myanmar government officials that ethnic Rohingya who fled to Bangladesh will not be able to claim their land and may find their crops have been harvested and sold by the goverment. This is ridiculous as the Myanmar government benifited from our sweats. We condemn such act by the Myanmar goverment as the land and the crops are belongs to ethnic Rohingya. It is shamefull for the Myanmar government who rob our land and crops.

We urge the Myanmar government to harvest all the crops and send it to the ethnic Rohingya refugee camp in Bangladesh as the crops are belongs to rohingya. There are about 65 000 acres of planted rice paddy abandoned by ethnic Rohingya and in need of harvesting by january. The Myanmar government will gain millions of dollars if they sell the rice. It is not ethical as the Myanmar government actually rob it from ethnic Rohingya.

In the new development Myanmar government plans to create a model villages for ethnic Rohingya. MERHROM against the plans as we already know what it is going to be. It will be a concentrated camp for ethnic Rohingya where we are denied all access to food, clean water, medicine, education and so forth and finally we are dying silently in the so called model villages without any justice ICC. We will be definitely confined in the so call model villages until the last day of our breath. All these are well planned by the Myanmar government in order to eliminate ethnic Rohingya from this world and that is how they can take over our land and properties for their trade and investments.

We urge the United Nations, World Leaders , EU , OIC , ASEAN and the International Communities to intervene urgently to save our lives as we are also human in this temporary world . On 05 October 2019 at Buthidaung Township village Yanchong again military and AA faithing specially target ethnic Rohingya village. Also our some ethnic Rohingya are effective .

    Therefore we call upon:

    I. United Nations Security Council to immediately deploy peace keeping force into Arakan State to stop ongoing Rohingya Genocide

II. United Nations and its member states must immediately impose an economic boycott, arm embargo and targeted sanction to Myanmar

III. United Nations and its member states must actively engage in the process of bringing the perpetrators of Rohingya Genocide to be accountable for crimes against humanity

IV. All countries must demonstrate its political will to stop Rohingya Genocide and uphold the rights of Stateless Rohingya minority in line with Universal Declarations of Human Rights (UDHR) and other human rights Conventions.

    V. The investment and trade with the Myanmar government must be halt immediately until the Myanmar government stop the Rohingya Genocide and recognize ethnic minority Rohingya as citizen.

VI. The investment and trade with all counties that support Myanmar must be halt immediately

    Thank you.

    Signed.
